A first order is usually one or two packs, built around the inverter you name, to test on a real installation. We agree the quantity case by case, and price it against that quantity.
Once you are ordering for stock or per project, the factory runs from 50 packs per model — mixed models are welcome, each model starting at 50. Standard production lead time is typically 45 days from deposit, confirmed in writing on your order before payment.
A pack that fails in the field is swapped from your own stock — same week, not three months later. You are not waiting on a repair bench in South Africa.

We build packs and racks. Cells are bought in as A-grade and the cell make and model are confirmed for each order. We do not claim compatibility we have not tested: the BMS is set to the protocol you name in writing.
The lithium packs carry a 5-year warranty, replacement only. There is no repair bench in South Africa: a failed pack is replaced from the spare units shipped with your orders, and faulty units return to the factory with a later consolidated shipment. Inverter and all-in-one products carry their own terms, quoted separately.
Territory arrangements are discussed against committed annual volume. Every account you register with us is protected — we do not quote the same end customer to another distributor in your market.
