Every step from incoming cell inspection to the finished pack is done at our Xianyang plant. Cells are purchased as A-grade from EVE Energy and CALB; the cell make and model are confirmed for each order.
Voltage and capacity, BMS design, communication protocols (CAN / RS485 / 4G / Bluetooth) and connectors.
Enclosure and mounting method, dimensions, IP ingress rating and thermal management (air cooling / liquid cooling / heating).
Your label, colour scheme and packaging — OEM white-label and private tooling both supported.
UN38.3 and MSDS documents are held for our exported models. CE (EMC) 2014/30/EU coverage applies to the 72V 38.4Ah model; further models and directives are arranged per order.
No B-grade, re-wrapped or refurbished cells. Cells are purchased as A-grade from EVE Energy and CALB; the cell make and model are confirmed for each order.

Small orders accepted — a first order can be a single pack to evaluate. Normal factory runs start at 50 packs per model, typically 45 days from deposit; both are confirmed in your quotation, together with anything the design needs (new tooling, new structural parts, extra certification testing).
