UN38.3 transport documents and CE (EMC) documents for the models listed below are provided on request, without delay. Management-system certifications and third-party test reports are available alongside them. Every certificate number quoted on this page can be checked independently with the issuing laboratory — and we invite you to do it.
Section 38.3 of the UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods — Manual of Tests and Criteria. A mandatory prerequisite for air and sea freight of lithium batteries.
The EU market-access mark for lithium battery packs, energy storage batteries and PACK products. Our current CE files cover the EMC Directive (2014/30/EU) for the model listed below; coverage for further models and directives is arranged per order and destination market.
Automotive-sector quality management system certification, held by Shaanxi Xingchuang Yilai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (INTERSTELLA) — the Xianyang plant that builds our PACKs.
Quality, environmental and occupational health & safety management systems, held by the same INTERSTELLA plant.
GB national-standard safety testing, EMC testing and CNAS-accredited laboratory reports.
Copies of the UN38.3 and CE (EMC) documents are provided as a priority — request them through the contact form, which also helps us identify genuine enquiries.
The certificate and report numbers we hold are published in full on this page, so you can check them with the issuing body instead of taking our word for it. Where a document carries a number we have not shown, ask us and we will send it together with the document set. Send the number and the model you are buying to the laboratory named on the relevant card; they will confirm whether the certificate is valid and which model it covers.
Our certificates are held by the manufacturing entity, Shaanxi Xingchuang Yilai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (INTERSTELLA), whose plant in Xianyang builds the battery PACKs. The seller named on your quotation and contract is Shaanxi Woneng Chuangyuan Technology Co., Ltd. If any document we quote cannot be confirmed, tell us and we will correct it in writing.
Certification requirements differ by country and by model. For stationary storage the core standard is IEC 62619; grid-connection and local registration rules such as NRS 097-2-1 in South Africa and AS/NZS 5139, CEC and RCM in Australia apply alongside it, and the EU and other markets add their own requirements. Tell us the destination market and the model you are quoting and we will send a written compliance assessment: what is already on file, what is not yet covered, and what testing it would take to close the gap.
