Established in Xi'an in 2026, VOLTRIX is the export brand for our energy storage and battery PACK business. Contracts, invoices and export run through Shaanxi Woneng Chuangyuan Technology Co., Ltd.; every pack is built by Shaanxi Xingchuang Yilai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (INTERSTELLA) at the Xianyang plant. The two are sibling companies under the same ownership. Xingchuang Yilai traces back to the new-energy division of Huaxing Electronics Group, which has been building lithium packs since 2016.

Our PACK plant in Xianyang, Shaanxi: cell grading, laser welding, module potting and end-of-line testing. A sibling company of Woneng Chuangyuan under the same ownership, and the certificate holder for the plant's quality systems.
The group's new-energy division has been building lithium battery packs since 2016. In November 2021 the battery business was spun off as Xingchuang Yilai — which is why our manufacturing heritage starts in 2016 while the operating company dates from 2021.
