We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry. We never sell or share your personal data.
Only what you choose to enter in the enquiry form: your name, business email, company, country or region, enquiry subject and requirements. To guard against automated spam, we also record the submission time and basic device information (such as browser type). We do not track your location.
Only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange samples and provide after-sales support. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with any third party except where required by law. When you submit an enquiry, we send an automatic confirmation email to the address you provide; our email delivery provider (Resend) processes that address on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes.
Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare database (D1) operated on our behalf. Access is restricted to our internal sales team. New-enquiry notifications are delivered to our team through a WeCom group bot.
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, after which they are deleted. You may ask us to delete your record earlier at any time — see Your Rights below.
This site uses analytics cookies and one Google Ads conversion cookie. The analytics cookies measure page visits and which products are viewed; they never identify individuals, and no name or email address is ever sent to them, so they load without a prior click. The Google Ads cookie only records when a visitor who came from our advertising submits an enquiry, so we can measure which ads work. It receives no name, email or other personal data, because enhanced conversions are off. Choosing "Decline" on the banner turns all of them off for this browser immediately and the site stays fully functional; you can revisit that choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
